Getting started
Claiming your club
Choose your club from the German club master and send an access request. SCRAMBL² reviews every request before administration access is activated.
Checking your course
Review the course, hole, tee, CR and Slope information already held for your club. Confirm only information you know is correct.

Create a Friday After Work series
Use the Friday After Work template to set up a recurring nine-hole Texas Scramble.
Registration and waiting lists
Published events have one shareable registration page. When the team limit is reached, further teams can join the waiting list if it is enabled.
Playing groups, check-in and starts
The Control Room keeps the field, waiting list, check-in and playing groups together for the event team.
Scoring
Selected drives in Texas Scramble
For Texas Scramble, the scorer records whose tee shot was selected on each hole. Submission remains blocked until each player has met the tournament minimum.
Live scoring and confirmation
Scores entered on the course feed the live leaderboard. In a two-team group, the opposing tournament team reviews the card before it becomes official.
Resume an interrupted round
A started club round keeps its players, format, course, handicap calculation, qualifier state and entered scores. Reopen the same round rather than starting another one.
Live event
Tournament Control Room and Clubhouse TV
Use the Control Room for check-in, groups, starts and round operations. Clubhouse TV shows the live leaderboard full-screen and refreshes automatically.
Weather stops and shortened events
Cancel a date with its reason when weather prevents a valid event. A shortened or weather-stopped event does not produce an official result.
SCRAMBL² Championship
How qualifiers work
A club tournament runs independently. A selected two-player event may additionally be approved by SCRAMBL² as a qualifier; approval is never automatic and the club does not control Championship rules.
Championship entry and payment
The club does not collect the €79 Championship entry. A team enters and pays SCRAMBL² directly before its qualifying round starts.
