Voluntary refund principle
A voluntary refund may be possible before the team's first official round, subject to this published policy, the circumstances of the request and mandatory law. A request should be sent promptly to info@dawiestander.com with enough information to identify the team entry.
After the first official round, voluntary refunds are normally not available because the team has entered the live competition and the sporting record has begun. This does not limit rights that apply under mandatory law.
Refund outcome and competition history
Approved refunds are handled outside the SCRAMBL² competition engine and recorded administratively. A refund, payment exception or legally required repayment does not automatically erase rounds, scores, Best Six, rankings, qualification records or historical competition data. Any sporting consequence is handled separately under the Competition Rules and authorised administration procedures.
Statutory consumer withdrawal
Final statutory consumer-withdrawal wording requires German legal review before production approval. This page does not invent a waiver and does not state that statutory withdrawal rights never apply. The existence, scope, start, duration, expiry and any legally effective request to begin performance during a withdrawal period must be confirmed for this championship product before launch.
Cancellations by the organiser
If SCRAMBL² cancels a paid entry or event, the applicable remedy will be assessed under the circumstances, the published event information and mandatory law. Travel and accommodation are excluded from the team entry and should not be booked on the assumption that an unannounced date or venue is guaranteed.
