1. Operator and scope
SCRAMBL² is a product of Dawie Stander's World of Golf, operated by Dawie Stander, Barmer Strasse 44, 45549 Sprockhövel, Germany. These terms apply to each player entering a SCRAMBL² season.
2. Eligibility
- Each player must be an amateur golfer aged 14 or older with an official handicap from +10 to 54.
- Players aged 14–17 require separate parent or guardian consent.
- Both players must nominate the same home club.
- Each golfer may belong to only one SCRAMBL² team in a season.
3. Team and personal acceptance
A team consists of two players in a permanent partnership for the season. Substitutes and replacement partners are not permitted. Player 1 accepts these terms personally during team entry. Player 2 accepts them personally while signed into Player 2's own account when joining the team. One player cannot accept for the other.
4. Entry price and included experience
The current entry price is €79 total per team for one season. One payment covers both players. This is the final consumer price and includes 19% VAT.
Regional Final entry is included if the team qualifies. The German Final tournament experience is included if the team qualifies. Travel, accommodation, personal expenses and optional practice rounds are not included. Season and event dates will be announced separately; no unconfigured date is promised by these terms.
5. Competition framework
Club-season rounds are nine-hole 2-Man Scramble rounds played with another registered team from the same home club. At least two selected tee shots from each player are required. Another team confirms the result before it becomes official. Teams may play multiple eligible rounds, and the six best official net rounds form Best Six after the minimum six official rounds is reached.
Club Race position is the route to Regional Final qualification. National and regional rankings are performance views and do not replace the Club Race pathway. Detailed scoring, handicap, tie, correction, dispute, qualification and Finals procedures are governed by the separate Competition Rules and the authoritative competition system.
6. Fair participation and content
Players must provide accurate eligibility, handicap and scoring information, follow club rules and reasonable organiser instructions, and avoid manipulation, abuse or prohibited content. SCRAMBL² may moderate team names, images and participation, investigate disputes, correct records through authorised procedures, or suspend participation where necessary to protect the championship.
7. Payment and activation
Payment becomes available only after both players have joined the team. A hosted checkout handles payment. The team is treated as paid only after verified confirmation from the payment provider; returning to the website does not itself prove payment.
8. Cancellation, refunds and history
The separate Cancellation & Refund Information forms part of the information provided before entry. Refunds or payment exceptions do not automatically erase official rounds, scores, Best Six, rankings, qualification records or other competition history.
9. Changes and availability
Operational details such as published dates, venues and season configuration may be announced separately. Material changes to these terms require a new document version and fresh acceptance where required. Service interruptions are handled reasonably, while legitimate golf should not be invalidated merely because mobile reception is poor.
10. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. German law applies subject to mandatory protections available to consumers.
